Born in Mallorca 1972, Spain. Lives between Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona. Very focused on arts, documenting creative process, artist studios, portraits, nature, native communities…his personal work is always inspired by his reflections about “habitat”, the relation between Landscape – Man – Nature, about our dwelling places, the landscapes we inhabit and of which we are a part, and all that moulds us as individuals. His work has been shown in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, London, Lima and Colorado among others.

Rif Spahni has organized and created workshops for special groups at risk of social exclusion, and others for mental health patients, like “El Cenepa Mira” (Awajún Community), “Madre de Dios mira” in the Peruvian Amazon rain forest, with Fairmail in Trujillo (north Perú) , “Pinholin ́ Chorrillos” in Lima and “Encuentros con la mirada” (Es Baluard Museum in Mallorca).
